SAMPLE REQUEST POLICY

We are happy to provide samples to help you evaluate our high-quality products for your branded merchandise. Samples involve real costs, so our policy is fair and designed to support genuine customers.
  • New Customers: You pay upfront for all samples (unbranded or branded), including product cost (where applicable) and freight.
  • Existing Customers:
    • Products under $20 are free (you may receive one or more items).
    • Products over $20 are charged at the first column price.
    • You pay a flat freight cost of $25 per sample delivery (no labour charge for picking & packing).
    • If you place an order of $1,000 or more, we will credit the product cost and freight fee.
  • Branded / Pre-Production Samples: These may include product, branding, set-up, and freight costs. Costs are advised at the time of request. Free PP samples may be offered when a large order is confirmed and paid (especially for new or custom products).
  • Important: All samples are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where credits apply.
We also provide a free digital mock-up of your logo on the product to help you visualise the final result. To request samples, please email your delivery address, product name/SKU/colour/quantity, and how you plan to use them for your branding. Customer Sample Request Policy We believe in building strong, long-term partnerships with our customers. We understand that seeing and testing the actual product is essential when you’re seriously considering it for your branded merchandise needs. Our goal is the same as yours: to help you promote your brand successfully with high-quality, sustainable products that reflect positively on your business. Samples involve real costs for us (sourcing, labour for picking and packing, and freight), so this policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and based on ethical business practices. It helps us support genuine customers while preventing misuse of free products.
  • Purpose of Samples Samples are provided to help serious customers evaluate and test specific products before placing a larger order. They allow you to experience the quality, feel, functionality, and branding potential firsthand.
  • Free Digital Mock-Up To complement your sample product(s), we offer a free digital mock-up design showing how your logo will look on the item. This helps you visualise the final branded product.
  • Sample Charges – New Customers New customers are required to pay upfront for all samples, whether unbranded stock samples or branded samples (including examples showing the branding process and quality). This includes the product cost (where applicable) and freight costs.
  • Sample Charges – Existing Customers
    • Products priced under $20 (first column price) are provided free of charge (you may receive one or more items depending on your request).
    • Products priced over $20 must be paid for at the first column price.
    • In all cases, you pay a flat rate freight cost of $25 for each sample delivery. There is no charge for labour for picking and packing.
    • If you place an order with a minimum order value of $1,000, we will credit you the full product cost and the freight fee to support your decision-making.
  • Branded / Pre-Production (PP) Samples Branded samples (also known as pre-production or PP samples) requested with your own logo can involve additional costs including:
    • Product cost
    • Branding costs
    • Set-up costs
    • Freight costs Each product’s costs will be advised at the time of your request. However, where a large order is confirmed and paid, and we have sufficient time to meet your required delivery date, we can offer free PP samples. This is especially available for new or custom-made-to-order products to give you confidence and allow for any feedback before full production.
  • Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable All samples are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the credit conditions for existing customers are met or where free PP samples have been approved as part of a confirmed large order.
  • Our Commitment to You We work hard to source sustainable, high-quality products and to get your samples to you as quickly as possible. We treat this as a two-way partnership — your success with your branded merchandise is our success too. This policy reflects our commitment to ethical practices while genuinely supporting your marketing and branding goals.
  • How to Request Samples Please send your sample request via email with the following details:
    • Your delivery address
    • Product name/sProduct SKU/s
    • Product colour/s
    • Quantity required Please also provide clear details about the products you’re considering and how you plan to use them for your branding. This helps us work together to achieve a successful outcome.
